Delivery in Ukraine

Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta. Goods are shipped daily on weekdays at 5 p.m. There are no shipments on Saturdays and Sundays. The cost of delivery is paid by the recipient according to the tariffs of this carrier. All orders over 1500 UAH are shipped at the expense of the sender!

If there is no Nova Poshta branch in your area, orders can be shipped by Ukrposhta, provided that the goods are paid for in full in advance.

Important! Please check your orders at the post office for external damage and to ensure that all the goods you ordered are included! If you find any damage to the goods or if one or more items from your order are missing, please contact our manager immediately to agree on further actions. Claims regarding the appearance of goods after you have picked them up from the post office will not be accepted.

International delivery

International delivery of orders is carried out by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta in accordance with the tariffs of these carriers for international shipments. Goods are shipped abroad subject to full prepayment of the order and payment of the cost of delivery to the destination.

Payment for goods

Payment for goods is made in cash or by transfer to the company's bank account. Before sending an order within Ukraine, by prior agreement with the store manager, you can choose the option of full payment or advance payment with the remaining amount to be paid upon receipt of the goods at the post office.

Terms of return

Dear Customers, we always strive to provide you with the highest quality service and offer goods that we are confident in. However, for one reason or another, you can return goods that do not suit you under the following conditions:

– The goods must be new, without signs of use or damage to the factory packaging.

– The deadline for returning goods is 14 days from the date of shipment of your order.

– Delivery of returned goods to the Store is at the expense of the Customer.

– Funds for returned goods are returned to the Customer within 3 days from the moment the Store receives the parcel and inspects it for integrity and damage.

Important! If you discover a manufacturing defect in the product during use, you must immediately (no later than 14 days from the date of shipment of your order) notify the store manager and provide photo or video evidence of the defect. If the product is faulty due to the manufacturer's fault, you can return it to the Store as soon as possible and receive full compensation for the cost of the damaged product. In this case, the return delivery is paid for by the Store!

Exchange of goods is also provided! Goods without defects are exchanged at the expense of the Customer. Otherwise, the cost of delivery of exchanged goods is paid by the Store.
